Focus

I am able to focus because I am able to channel all my energies into a single idea and thought. When I work, I am able to concentrate and focus my mind on the task at hand and thus transform the potential of work into the kinetic of work, as scientists would say. When I am not working, I am still able to focus my mind appropriately. With friends, I am a good listener. In the traffic, I am mindful of other drivers and respect them. With family, I make sure I am attentive of their needs. I affirm that I can focus my mind and in doing so become a truly great individual.

I recognize both sides

In life, there are always "two sides" to the same story. In court, there is always the plaintiff and the defendant. Basically, our life is an experience of duality at every step! But that is OK. The most important affirmation to make is that we recognize both sides of the fence and are willing to work with them both. I, therefore, affirm that life is a gift but not without its challenges due to the dualistic nature of things.
