I am understanding toward others because their experience in life is not all that different from mine. We all are physical beings who experience pain and joy alike. So, with this awareness, I pledge to live with an awareness that transmits the message of understanding to others. I wish that they see that I am empathetic toward their life efforts to create and do good things. I affirm that I am an understanding individual.
